What is the shipping cost?
Our contract partner for parcel deliveries is DPD (Dynamic Parcel Distribution GmbH& Co). The price of delivery is €6.00. The delivery is free of charge, if you buy products in the total amount exceeding €70. DPD charges no commission on the purchase price. |
Will anyone be able to see the contents of my parcel? What will the parcel look like?
No, your order will be discretely packed, sealed and unmarked. Nobody will be able to see the contents of the parcel. If you do not wish your order to be delivered to your address, you can pick it up at a Pickup location of your choice. |
When will my parcel be delivered?
If you place your order before 11.00, we will ship your products the same day. If your order is placed after 11.00, we will ship the products the next business day. Your order will usually arrive in 2-5 days after it is shipped. You will receive a text message or an email on the delivery day, so that you can change your delivery options, if necessary. Our delivery partner DPD (Dynamic Parcel Distribution GmbH & Co) enables customised delivery every day between Monday and Friday from 8.00 to 16.00. |
